The building at Hillview has an upstairs consultation rooms with a platform lift to access. The corridors are fitted with push pad automatic door openers. Rooms downstairs can also be accessed with a wheelchair. There is also access to a designated disabled parking spaces and two disabled toilets on the ground and first floors..

The building at Goldworth Park is all on the ground floor and its easily accessible for wheelchair users. There is also access to designated disabled parking spaces.
